Hello

I grew up in Northen Italy. Started cooking at 13 years old after his parents separated. At 17 I started working in a restaurant for the first time and at 18 he was already Head Chef while studying Economics at the University of Milan.
Many years later, bought  a 7 meter old race boat in Melbourne (Australia) and decided to live on board through the rigid winter of the capital of Victoria.

One year later I bought a 36 ft steel sailboat and left for a long planned "Gap Year Sailing", which ended being stuck in Micronesia for the restrictions during the Pandemic after sailing around Pacific Islands for over 18 months, mostly solo.
